Any questions should be sent to info@milesminds.com.

1. Pioneer Programme

The Pioneer Programme is a founding cohort initiative. Registration of interest and account creation for the Pioneer Programme is free of charge and requires no deposit. No financial commitment is required until a place is formally offered and accepted.

Pioneer Programme participants will be notified separately of any applicable fees, payment schedules, and cancellation terms before any commitment is made.

2. Payment

For standard programmes (Roots, Pulse, Horizon, Tailored):

If the balance is not received by the due date, China Quest reserves the right to treat the booking as cancelled and apply the cancellation charges set out below.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to info@milesminds.com. Refunds are calculated based on the date written notice is received:

Group bookings of 10 or more travellers may be subject to separate cancellation terms, which will be outlined in the group booking agreement.

We strongly recommend that all participants purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes cancellation cover.

4. Alteration of Itinerary

Changes to your itinerary requested before final payment will be accommodated free of charge where possible.

After final payment, itinerary modifications may incur an administration fee of €25 per request, plus any additional costs charged by third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, venues).

China Quest reserves the right to modify programme itineraries due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, local regulations, venue closures, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of comparable quality at no additional cost.
